The Pokémon battle Academy features a rule book/ guide

The guides/ Tutorials will show you how to use each deck overall, with strategy being more individual and personalised decks used in your own time, they layout how the game works and a generic strategy overall.
They also teach by slowly adding more cards of the deck into use for you to practise with as well as advice on your own custom deck featuring whatever cards you have collected.
The “Advanced Deck” as Eevee Deck, details the rules of the game and the further complications to the game like; VMAX, UNION, retreating, GX Attack, Tag team, Stage 1 and 2 Pokémon, Regional Pokémon restrictions and more.

-are in used condition with packing damage and tear on the Pickachu deck.

- Cinderace and Pikachu deck cards are used but good overall.

- All are good, Cinderace has fold at back cover.
