Presenting a vintage Kleopatra glass jug vase designed by Tamara Aladin and produced by Riihimaki of Finland.
This hard to find piece features a great design. Concentric circles and differing size hoops appear from the neck of the jug stopping at the top of its bulbous base. From here the glass runs smooth graduating down to form the clear casing at the base.
A single clear glass handle has been expertly applied to the side of the jug with the lower end finishing in a scrolled tail.
The design is classic mid century Scandinavian design.
The colouring is a rich ruby red showing excellent clarity as would be expected.
Designed by Tamara Aladin this jug would make a great addition to any mid twentieth century or Scandinavian collection.
DIMENSIONS
This piece measures 16cm in diameter at its widest and stands 25cm tall.
