This is a retro toy bound to bring back memories for many people of the iconic Humphrey B Bear.
This is a roly poly toy, whereby the base is weighted so it does not fall over. The toy wobbles about on its round base and when the button at the front is pushed it pops Humphrey's head up from his hiding spot in the jar - his hat forms the top! Pushing down his hat creates a 'squeak' from the toy. The word 'honey' is printed on the front side of the roly poly.
We have searched, but there appear to be no other listings for this toy, so it may be quite rare. It is not dated, but has the words "Southern Television Corp. Ltd. Made in Taiwan" printed on the base.
The printing on the base as well as the printing of the word 'honey' have both slightly deteriorated. The toy overall has mild scratches from use, but there are no obvious scratches, chips or cracks.
