The colour is a bit more vibrant in real life than the pictures show.
The box itself is a timeless/ simple design, silver colour trim, Giant mirror, large general space, velvet covered hinge.
Good movie prop, private social era collector or even something to take inspiration from for story writing, telling or designing.
Whoever made it ran out of material to finish the back neatly but no one sees the back of these boxes.
Lightly Attacked by a moth at the front who then decided it didn’t like Velvet.
Overall the damages are pretty normal, nothing major and included in photos.
No scratches or broken parts though, hinges are rust and damage free, so is the little clip that closes the box.
A glorious mustard yellow from the past when men wore velour and everybody bashed their heads on different low hanging lights.
