- Knitted style, wide elastic waist.
- Skirt is made up of lots and lots of strips of red and black tulle, some with rainbow iridescent dots, (not sequins, they're heat stick dots).
- Lined about 3/4 of the way, with a stretch fabric.
- Waist has ribbon and soft tulle flowers, with faux pearl and rhinestone centres.
- There is a long, wide length of ribbon, and we're not actually sure how it's meant to be done up, but the flowers on it suggest perhaps it can be wrapped around your torso?
- There are no labels on the garment, however we believe it would best suit a size 4, 6, or an 8 at the most. The waist didn't quite stretch enough to get it over the shoulders of our size 10 mannequin.
