This antique plush of Humphrey B Bear may be a rare find for the shrewd collector, or for anyone that loves collecting Humphrey memorabilia, as we can't find any other antique Humphrey's with the theme song pull-cord.
His tag indicates he was manufactured in 1965 under license by Southern TV Corp. He was manufactured in Malaysia for Classic Toys, Adelaide.
He is in good condition for his age, except for his nose, which is missing. His fur is in good overall condition. His yellow hat with red and white striped ribbon is intact and firmly attached. His eyes are plastic, not fabric. His waistcoat is missing one yellow button.
On his back he has a pull cord which plays the theme to 'What a Funny Old Fellow is Humphrey". His paws have velcro on them so that they join together at the front. His feet are very slightly marked. He is 28cm tall.
