Michael Smith
Born in Birmingham 1961.
Studied art at Bounville College of Art for Three years 1977-1980.
In 1984 became a friend of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists.
He is a member of the Midland Painting Group and has exhibited with them in Birmingham since 1987 when he moved to Cornwall
He has been painting as a full time professional painter with several exhibitions at Judi Emanuel Gallery St. Ives, where his work is bought by both local and overseas buyers, as far away as australia, south africa, germany and America
