What a great piece of collectable history. Late 19th century to early 20th century horse racing binoculars. I believe they are nickel or silver plated finish. Leather covered barrels and a leather case. Wear and tear to case and some distress to outer rim of binoculars. Not sure of the strength but wheel adjustment still working.
