Special Gift Lighter from the Famous De Beers Diamond Company De Beers Industrial Diamond Division Vintage Lighter. It has a "A Rough Diamond in Blue Ground" floating inside the clear perspex, heavy lighter. The perspex has black and white text with a blue company logo. You can see a diamond on the blue rock . The De Beers logo is on the lighter, floating inside, with the words, "De Beers Industrial Diamond Division." We believe it may have been given out as a gift to executives. The lighter top looks like brass, no chips or cracks Measures 2" across by 3 1/2" high.
