Antique Victorian 'Love & Star' Chatelaine Folding Scissors - Circa 1890's

This is a pair of gorgeous Victorian Chatelaine folding scissors.
Measuring approximately 8.5cm long by 5.5cm wide opened and 5cm long by 3cm long when folded.
Made of metal, there are ornate decorations on the handles, different on either side and on the reverse. One side features the words 'Love' on one handle and 'Star' on the other. There are no other maker marks on the blades or the handles.
The handles fold down to a compact size and there is an eyelet with a small length of chain on one side. The scissors have been tested and cut through thread.
