The plate appears to be hand-painted as you can see some of the cobalt blue bleeding over to the back of the plate. It is also numbered on the back. The front of the plate is in good condition.
Just a gorgeous plate but it does have crazing which is mainly found on the white on the back of the plate. Please refer to images as there are some marks on the back of the plate.
